We know the best suppliers in Oregon and Southwest Washington; we also know whom to avoid.
We know the “must do” local experiences that will wow your guests. And we like to collaborate. Portland inbound groups are a specialty of ours: let’s combine our expertise and make this program a success.
Where to go? Venues for your event, lodging recommendations that correspond to your needs, ideas for Portland venues you might not have heard about otherwise. We’ll offer suggestions, inspect the site and make sure you get what you’re hoping for.
Portland and SW Washington. Walking tours, food, wine country. Mount Saint Helens and the Gorge. Chug down the shores of the Columbia River in an old-fashioned river boat, with a plate of prime rib or cherry-smoked salmon. Dine and dance at one of Portland Art Museum’s traveling exhibits – this region is a treasure trove.
We ♥ logistics. Promotion, transportation, housing in and outside Portland, group registration – not to mention photographers, gift baskets by local artists, hospitality and every other detail it takes to make people feel taken care of. (We like making lists. We love getting them done.)
Activity planning. Picture a scavenger hunt through local landmarks, where teamwork is key and photos are the loot. Or a dragon boat race, with participants paddling in sync to the beat of a boisterous drum. Sailing. Golf. A trip to a dude ranch – let’s build synergy, and send people home with memories.
Events. With our knowledge and enthusiasm, we make magic. Lighting effects, spectacle, staging; magicians, comedians, celebrity speakers. A solo pianist. A 30-piece orchestra. Whatever you imagine, we can produce.
The Pacific Northwest isn’t just a destination – it’s a culture. If your goal is a successful Portland group event, trust a local to show you around. Contact us.
“We had our debrief about the program and got a “THANK YOU FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB ON THE SHUTTLING!!”. 97% of the attendees who answered the survey were very satisfied/satisfied (2300 out of 3000 took the survey). We knew our client was very nervous since it was the first time we have ever had to use shuttles back and forth from the Convention Center and we had twelve hotels, but they heard nothing but good things – like “I would walk out and see one bus leaving and think oh darn, but then I would turn and another one would be pulling up … “ So a big thank you to Ross and Andrea and your entire staff!”
