Activities
Well-designed and executed activities are an integral part of

Examples:
Scavenger Hunt
An exciting and creative competition tailored to visit local landmarks,
the Scavenger Hunt arms participants with a camera, film and a packet
of clues. The key to winning this fun and interactive “hunt”
is through teamwork with lots of laughs along the way – all
captured on film! Their picture “loot” is used to determine
the winning team and provides team members with memories of the
area and your event that will last for years.
Dragon Boat Races
An event whose origins lie deep in Chinese mythology, teams of 22
board ornately carved boats to race each other on the Willamette
River. Participants try to develop paddling skills into a coordinated
effort to the rhythm of the drum. A loud, boisterous event that
participants won’t soon forget.

Seattle
"The Spirit of Washington." Climb aboard antique rail
cars for an exclusive chug along the shores of beautiful Lake Washington
while feasting on fabulous fare such as Prime Rib or cherry-smoked
salmon.
Spend an evening or morning at the fascinating "The Experience
Music Project," Paul Allen's interactive music museum celebrating
past, present and future of music. Billed as one of the most technologically
advanced structures in the nation, here you can have groups from
bands to compete for "best band name" or if inclined,
they can even head off to a fully equipped studio and record a seven
minute CD of their own. On-site restaurant accommodates groups to
100, or if more space is needed, enjoy a luncheon on the Plaza.
Portland
The Portland Art Museum hosts several traveling special exhibitions
throughout the year. Soft music fills the air as participants wine
and dine among the masterpieces. Knowledgeable guides will walk
them through the exhibits for an exclusive private viewing then
dinner and dancing await them at a gala affair in the Hoffman Wing.
The Portland Classical Chinese Garden, offers a relaxing venue
amidst a busy city. Beyond its walls, the Garden offers you and
your guests a secluded, picturesque setting, providing the privacy
and beauty to make your reception absolutely perfect. Splashing
waterfalls, graceful bridges and an enchanting teahouse set the
stage for a truly unique and memorable event.
